If you cannot send a message and server's response is ' we do not relay', the problem is that you are not authenticated.

 

The easiest way to fix this problem is to use SMTP Authentication. Setting up SMTP authentication is easy, just follow the guide.

 

Sometimes SMTP Authentication doesn't solve the problem due to restrictions established by your Internet Service Provider. In this case, they are restricting mail delivery to 3rd party servers in order to reduce spam issues. All you need to do is determine the SMTP server of your Internet Service Provider, and put this setting in outlook. (Make sure you turn off SMTP Authenticaion, since you won't be able to authenticate to their server with your Host Designs account. They authenticate you through your internet connection.)
